The hotel was located so close to Bay Area, Sunnyvale and stores. The room we had included a private safe, pay television and a microwave oven. The breakfast was freshly prepared with rice, miso soup, the location was marvellous.

great access to parks and delicious local eats nearby
The staff were really courteous and the breakfast was awesome, with plenty of hearty options to start the day. Being so close to Cold Stone Creamery and In-N-Out Burger made for some tasty quick meals between my city strolls. As a solo traveler, I appreciated having a microwave and fridge in my king room to keep snacks handy for my adventures.

Conveniently located.Nice breakfast.
Maintenance (leaky faucets) was very poor. Room neat, but TV and air conditioner were not operational. Hard beds, thin pillows.

I stay at the Maple Tree Inn when I visit my son and his wife in Sunnyvale. The staff is so pleasant and helpful. I feel right at home in the lobby. The room is clean with all the amenities. The breakfast is wonderful.
I would like to have access to the newspaper.

Unexpected culinary surprises await!
Waking up to a good breakfast with unique Japanese options was a highlight. Always ready with a smile.
Unfortunately, the noise from neighboring rooms and an odd odor in mine disrupted my initial comfort. A little soundproofing could go a long way in enhancing relaxation.
